Reservation Flow
1、Please confirm room availability using the this reservation form.
2、Maruni Ryokan will reply with room availability, room rates, and other reservation details.
3. If you are satisfied with the reservation details, please reply.
4, Maruni Ryokan will send you an invoice for the room rate.
5. After the payment is completed, the reservation is confirmed.

Cancellation policy
No show : 100% of Room Rate
The day before from Arrival Date ：80% of Room Rate
 ２－3 Days before Arrival Date: 50% of Room Rate
4 Days before Arrival Date : no fee

After paying the deposit, the change of date is possible. it is no fee.
